Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WOW ME Coaching website (wowmecoaching.com) and any coaching services provided by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd (ABN 30 652 358 159), trading as WOW ME Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

WOW ME Coaching provides structural and systems-based coaching services for individuals and businesses. All coaching engagements are 1:1 unless otherwise agreed in writing. The scope, duration and investment of each engagement is agreed individually and documented prior to commencement.

2. Engagement Terms

Coaching engagements begin upon receipt of a signed engagement agreement and cleared payment. Session scheduling is managed through Cal.com. Sessions missed without 24 hours notice are forfeited. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the individual engagement agreement. Invoices are issued in Australian dollars (AUD). Late payment may result in suspension of services. We do not offer refunds on completed sessions. Refunds on prepaid sessions are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where required by law. We expect the same confidentiality from clients regarding any proprietary methodologies, tools or materials shared during the engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the W.O.W.M.E. methodology, frameworks, tools and written materials, is the intellectual property of My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd and Nicolaos Lord. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice. If you require professional services in any of these areas, you should seek a qualified professional. WOW ME Coaching does not accept liability for decisions made based on coaching conversations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
