How It Works
The arc of the engagement
Every engagement begins before the first session and follows the W.O.W.M.E. sequence applied to the business context. Sessions are 90 minutes throughout.
Before Session 0 — Hermes Induction
The Hermes Map
In business coaching, the Hermes Induction is critical: the ceiling a business cannot break is almost always rooted in the owner. Numerology profile, astrological signature, and Archetype Identifier are mapped before the diagnostic so both parties arrive holding the owner's full operating picture.

The Diagnostic
The Business Ceiling Diagnostic is a structured 90-minute examination of every layer of the business — strategy, operations, team, financial structure, and owner relationship with the business. This is not a conversation. It is a map.

Architecture Phase
The first four sessions are structural. We are not solving problems — we are understanding the system that produces them. Order is designed here: the environment, the decisions, the roles, the rhythm.

Execution Phase
Will meets reality here. The architecture is tested against actual operations. What resists is diagnostic. Mastery begins when the system no longer requires the owner to manually hold it.

Calibration
The system does not expire — it calibrates. Evolve sessions are quarterly and address the next ceiling. Each engagement builds on the last. The architecture compounds.
